Contact

We read everything that arrives. Writing to the right address gets you a faster answer.

Who to write to

• support@copafoot.com — readers and general enquiries. Account and sign-in problems, a score or statistic that looks wrong, a name spelled incorrectly in English or Arabic, a broken page, or a suggestion for something we should cover.
• admin@copafoot.com — legal, privacy and business. Data protection requests, copyright and takedown notices, advertising and partnership enquiries, and anything that needs to reach the site's operator rather than the desk.

Reporting a mistake in the data

This is the most useful message you can send us, and a specific one is far easier to act on. Please include:

• The match or page — a link is ideal, otherwise the two teams and the date.
• What is shown and what it should say.
• Whether you are reading the English or Arabic site, if the problem is a name or a translation.

Live match data reaches us from a third-party provider, so some corrections depend on the provider publishing a fix. Where that is the case we will tell you rather than leave you waiting.

Corrections

If we publish something inaccurate in an article, tell us at support@copafoot.com. We correct the article rather than quietly deleting it, and material corrections are noted on the piece.

Privacy and your data

To ask what we hold about your account, to correct it, or to have it deleted, write to admin@copafoot.com from the address your account uses. Our Privacy Policy explains what we collect and why.

Copyright

We credit and link to the publishers whose reporting we reference, and use club crests and competition marks to identify the clubs and competitions concerned. If you believe something on this site infringes your rights, write to admin@copafoot.com with the page address, what the material is, and your relationship to it, and we will deal with it promptly.

Response times

We aim to reply within a few working days. Data protection and copyright requests are handled first. Please do not send the same message to both addresses — it does not make it faster.
